Team WildWorks

We are a select group of bowhunters from around the world who have come together to produce a dvd of self-filmed hunts. We have all been disappointed with the direction that hunting has been going, and want to bring the focus back to what it is really all about. No more setup, contrived, and unrealistic hunts! Our emphasis will be on the thrill and challenge of the hunt with less emphasis on the size of the prize! Our hunts will show that it is possible for the average hunter to create enjoyable and entertaining memories in the wild without the help of a camera crew and a production company. This video is all about our love for the wild and the pursuit of the hunt. We hope you enjoy the trailer, it speaks volumes to us!!!

Ibex bowhunt

Just came back from one of the most exciting hunts I have ever done.

Spend a few days hunting this gorgeous animal, the Spanish Ibex.

As all high country hunting, you need to spend hours and hours glassing, until, not only finding a nice ibex, doing it on the rigth spot for a good stalk. You dont want to lose all day triying an almost imposible stalk.

It is the rut right now, and we could make a beautifull stalk to a group of ibex. In that group there was the male we were looking for, a five year old one. We got in to bow range, and I was able to make a nice shot to him at 40 yards. I will never forget the moment when I draw my bow and...

We spend the rest of the hunt triying to get a small ibex for food. We finally connect with one, not an easy task since the are always surrounded with experienced females.

Everything was professionally filmed, and hope to be able to share the video with you all soon.

Can wait for next year!!

Good luck in the woods!!,

That's a beautiful animal Pedro, congrat's on doing it the right way! Can't wait to see the footage, and I wonder, was it filmed "Professionally" for a TV show?

Thanks!!!

Yes, it was filmed for a TV Show. Will keep you informed on how it progresses.

Surprised by the definition of the new generation of reflex photo cameras for video. They have even better definition than the video cameras! Strange.. they told me it is the future. Although, they also used a professional Sony Camera, dont remember the model.

When are you all coming to discover new hunting grounds?

good luck all in the woods!!!
